What data I process

This site has no contact forms, uses no cookies and no tracking tools.

I only process the data you send me by email (usually your name, email address and whatever you write in the message).

If you book a call from the site, you enter your name, email and any notes on the Google Calendar booking page: I receive them to arrange the meeting.

Vercel, the service hosting the site, automatically records technical data in its server logs, such as IP address, browser, requested page and time. This is needed to run the site and protect it from abuse.

Why

I use email and booking data only to reply to you and, if we work together, to manage the project (legal basis: pre-contractual steps and contract, Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).

Server logs are used for the security and operation of the site (legal basis: legitimate interest, Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

How long

Emails and bookings are kept for as long as needed to handle your request and, if you hire me, for the periods required by law for tax and contract records.

Server logs are kept by Vercel for a limited period, according to its own policies.

Who I share it with

I do not sell or hand over your data. It is processed only by the technical providers I need, acting as data processors: Vercel Inc. for website hosting and Google (Gmail and Google Calendar) for email and call bookings.

Transfers outside the EU

Vercel and Google are based in the United States, so some data may be processed outside the European Union. Transfers rely on the safeguards provided by the GDPR (Arts. 45-46): the adequacy decision on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, for providers that participate in it, and the standard contractual clauses approved by the European Commission.

Your rights

You can ask at any time to access, correct or delete your data, restrict or object to its processing, or receive it in a portable format (Arts. 15-22 GDPR). Just write to manfredi.marrone@gmail.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian data protection authority, the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali (garanteprivacy.it).

This site uses no cookies, neither technical nor profiling ones, and loads no resources from third-party services.
